It is important to note that Copperleaf is a unique, bundled community in that there are only 570 units to assess. The average bundled community in South West Florida has 830 units. Having fewer units at Copperleaf allows the members to enjoy their course and clubhouse on a more regular, less restricted basis.

The collected Capital Reserve Contribution must be paid to Copperleaf Golf Club Community Association, Inc. Capital Reserve Contribution for the Master Association shall be an amount that is one percent of the gross selling price of the property not to exceed $3000.
· Neighborhood Associations within Copperleaf Golf Club may require a separate Capital Reserve Contribution.
